This small flashlight, which is only 4.72 inches long, is able to blast a maximum 3100 lumens 853 feet (260m)—amazing for a flashlight this size! The single side switch activates on/off and all lighting modes—no need for a tail switch. A magnet now sits where a tail switch normally would, allowing you to attach the flashlight to most metal surfaces for hands-free use. Output Selection With the light switched on, single click the switch to cycle through Eco→Low→Med→High→Turbo. Strobe With the light switched on, press and hold the switch for 1.2 seconds to enter strobe. Intelligent Memory Circuit The light memorizes the last selected output excluding Turbo, High and Strobe. When turned on again the previously used mode will be recalled. The Med mode will be activated when turned on again if the light is turned off on Turbo and High modes. Lock/Unlock Lock: with the light unlocked and switched off, double click the switch within 0.5 seconds to lock the light, the light will blink twice on Eco to indicate locked status. Unlock: with the light locked, double click the switch within 0.5 seconds, the light will be unlocked and activated on Eco. *In locked status, clicking or pressing the switch will activate 2 one-second blinks on Eco to indicate locked status. Battery Specifications Only the ARB-L21 Series (21700 3.6V) batteries are recommended * 21700 Li-ion batteries are powerful cells designed for commercial applications and must be treated with caution and handled with care. Only use quality batteries with circuit protection will reduce the potential for combustion or explosion; but cell damage or short circuiting are potential risks the user assumes. Battery Replacement Unscrew the light head and insert the battery with the anode side (+) towards the light head, then screw the light head back on. Charging First switch off the light and plug the USB A socket of the charging cable into an electrical outlet, then connect the USB Type-C socket of the charging cable to the light. The indicator will display red while charging, and will turn green when fully charged. Once charging is completed, be sure to close the anti-dust cover to maintain the dustproof and waterproof ability. Recommended to use 5V/2A and above adapter. Note: The normal charging time of the included Fenix ARB-L18-5000 V2.0 rechargeable battery is approximately 3 hours from depletion to full charging.
